Need help!!! I downloaded a movie from a torrent and all it gave me was .r00 , .r01 etc. i can't burn this file type using nero. Help!!! I've read somewhere that you need to extract using winrar. i extracted a file "af-tc-dev.rar" but it gave me an ".img" file and when i tried extracting the others they also had the same file name with the "img" file. What do i do?

Place all .roo,.ro1 files in a folder.

Using winrar,extract files.

The resulting file/s should then be able to be burnt using nero,roxio,alcohol120......

Thanks! I did what you said but after i extract the file it came out as an .img file that still won't be burnt using nero. It has to be .vob , .bup or .ifo in order for me to burn it as a dvd. I tried to just rename the file to .vob what happens is it skips the first part of the movie where you'd be able to click on menu, play or scenes and other settigns that you usually get with a dvd and goes directly to the start of the movie.

I 'think' .IMG files are like .ISO files and have have to be burned to a CD. I checked my version of Nero (6) and it looks like it doesn't recognize .IMG files.

I might be all wrong, so wait for other comments.

I have had success just changing the extension from .img to .iso, and then just burning them.
