Problems with AVS Video Software

All my AVS video editing softwares don't work with Windows Vista. They worked for a while and then simply stopped working. It is really annoying since I paid for all of them.

How about setting the compatability of the software? It is really annoying since I paid for all of them. Also, why not contact the tech support of the software? Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
