Hi, im having a problem with my Kodak CX4320 when I connect the usb cable to the computer. It recognizes the device saying its a kodac camera and installs its proper drivers. However when I go to my computer it shows up as Local drive H:. When I try to open it i get a message saying that its not accessible, incorrect function. I have no idea why it would be doing this...It used to work perfectly fine before.Would upgrading the camera's firmware to the newest upgrade solve the problem? Any help is appreciated!

You may need to consult the manual. Most devices require you to install the driver prior to connecting the device to avoid such a problem. The manual should tell you how to correct or reverse the process so that you can properly install/use the device.
Otherwise I might think that you simply have the camera in the wrong mode for being connected to the PC.
