problem when watching a film on full screen

Hi. When watching a dvd on full screen on windows media the sound and visuals are out of sync. I have a Advent 5421 T15001G laptop! Is it simply just a rubbish bit of kit and should i return it? Thanks.

it should play fine, you didn't state how much ram is in your machine. You may just have to go to their (Laptop) website and download the latest drivers for the video. Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
