Priting problem with Hp 5610

I have HP DV700 serie laptop running windows vista Home premium and officejet 5610 printer, whenever I received a Jpeg mail or any download my printer will shrink the print out to 1:4 despite showing full page on the layout. Though when printing other file like Ms Wprd/Excel it prints normal and full page as expected. Pls help

Look at the properties of the jpg file. It sounds as though the file is small in resolution and will only print at the size you have noted.
How about print-preview? Does it show as full page?
Otherwise, I do not know.

yes its shows full page in the print preview and the properties of Jpeg file is 764 x 1053 and 96 resolutn. Also, same file print full page on other systems abd printer (running Vista Home Prem and XP)My fear now is may be the photo gallery file is d issue
