Comment: After downloading images from my Epson 3100C digital camera, the image's properties shows the date/time data. I wish to include that in the image when printing. I have not been able to find any method using my HP 6210 printer setup. I have seen images with such D/T data printed; very useful in establishing when the image was taken. Wayne A Sweet

Reply: (edit)very useful in establishing when the image was taken. While I can't help your current problem, I must say I hope you're not trying it for legal reasons. I'm not positive, but I don't think a date and time stamp on a digital picture would be admissable as a digital picture could be doctored. Hopefully someone will be along to answer your "real" question though, sorry I couldn't help. What happened to my quote

Reply: (edit)I believe the option is within the camera's setting versus a printer setting. My camera does not offer that feature. Bryan

Reply: (edit)Ok, this is not a Printer setting nor is it a camera setting. However, the camera must support EXIF data. This is additional information that is saved in the jpeg image such as time of the photo, camera model, options that were used, etc. You can read more about it here: WHAT IS EXIF DATA? What you need is software that will allow you to print the image with the option to include some of the EXIF data (it's my understanding that some printers have the ability to print the exif data through internal software). here is one program that states it can add watermarks to photos with the EXIF data: Easy Watermark Creator 1.5 Or look on this page. Many of the applications listed utilize the EXIF data and may be able to print the photos with that data, but may not have it listed as a feature: free exif data at Free Downloads Center Michael J
