Comment: I have an Epson Stylus CX3800 and I accidentally printed to the wrong side of photo paper. Obviously, that caused a mess and now the printer will not print correctly. Whenever I try to print anything it looks really bad, especially text. Either half of the text doesn't show up or it's cut in half. I've tried cleaning the print heads with the utility it includes to no avail. I really don't know what's wrong with it and I'd appreciate some help. Also, all of the ink is FULL because I just replaced it.

Reply: (edit)Also, it seems that I am only having issues with the BLACK and nothing else. Color prints fine, but black gives me issues.

Reply: (edit)Sounds to me like you use generic ink refills. I had the same printing problem with my Epson R200. I had 2 generic black and 1 yellow ink carts mess up. I had to clean the heads 3 times in a row to get things working, BUT, it uses a lot of ink when cleaning. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
