Solved Poor video quality .flv 1920x1080

Specs: Windows 7
So I am trying to view a 1920x1080 video file. It has a data rate of 800kbps, Total Bit rate of 1055kbps, and a frame rate of 29 fps.
They are .flv or .flv avi files. The problem is it is poor quality video.
Can anyone suggest what to change to get better quality video to watch ?
I am viewing these files from a PS3 onto a Sharp Quatron 60" tv.

Derek was correct in your other post, watching low quality videos on a 60" screen is going to bring out every little imperfection.

Get a video with a higher bitrate or get videos which use better video codecs like MPEG to view video.

What type of connection are you using between the PS3 and your TV? You should be using an HDMI connection.

There is no way to improve a video which is already low quality.
