hey,
how do i open and view .png files? many images from deviantart.com is in png format and when i save it for a wallpaper, it doesnt show up in the windows picture/fax viewer... whats up with that? and if i can, can i convert png to jpeg?

Go to My computer > Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types > Select PNG or if PNG is missing click on New tab and type PNG and next click on Advanced tab and associate the PNG extension with the program you want it to open in [ like Windows Picture-Fax viewer / Microsoft Photo editor / Adobe Photoshop / Macromedia Fireworks etc]
