im looking to buy either Studio MediaSuite version 10 or ulead video studio 9. they are both 100 dollars and im wondering if anyone has experience with both and what one is better??? Andrew Kraker

DO NOT BUY STUDIO 10!! I don't like saying that because I enjoy pinnacle products. In fact I have studio 9, Ulead, pinnacle liquid, as well as mediasuite 10. Studio 9 is a good product (after the ugrade to 9.43), and MUCH better than Ulead. But media suite 10 has enough bugs in it to say that they should not have realeased it so early. (They wanted it released for Xmas.) There are so many bugs that I have simply uninstalled it and have gone back to studio 9. If you can get your hands on studio 9 then don't hesitate. You can do LOADS MORE with studio than you ever could with Ulead. Ulead doesn't even support surround sound. But don't bother with S10 for at least another 6 months. My guess is that it will take at least 2 major patches to get to straightened out.
