Comment: Can any tell me where I can find a comparison between, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Photoshop elements? We are considering purchasing one of the two above products for use in our office/home, but do not know which one would offer the best results for us I tried looking at adobe.com, but there does not seem to be a side by side comparison. Any advice will be appreciated.

Reply: (edit)I have Photoshop 7 and Photoshops Elements (not sure what version..) Photoshop 7 gives you the bandaid repair option (repairing blemishes, etc) but no red-eye remover. Elements gives you the red-eye remover and not the bandaid repair....BUT I do know that the new Elements does include both. Those were the only noticeable differences I could see. Hope that helps Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Reply: (edit)There is a huge difference in the capabilities and the cost of the two programs. The real question is whether you would ever need all the functions of Photoshop.Unless you are a professional, I'd guess the answer is no. http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/photoshop/f/elementscompare.htm

Reply: (edit)There are Gigantic differences, but most wouldn't matter to the home user. Elements should be more than fine for a home user managing photos from their digital camera. Photoshop does a billion things you'd most likely never need. 754 3700+ @ 255x10 HTx4 ASUS K8Ne Deluxe 2GB PQI DDR3200 / 6600GT Ultra 500w x-connect PSUPowerbok G4 1.67 1GB DDR 100GB 7200rpm / 9700 vid AMD64 3400+/768MB/5700VE 1 Toshiba & a Dell
