|Go to Windows Explorer and go Folders, I think, not using XP right now, click on Folder Options, go to View, scroll down a short way until you see, Hidden files, make sure it's selected to show them. Below that, 'show known file ext' and make sure that's set to show or not checked. Wish I could remember. Then go to your files folder and you should be able to see them. Usually thumbnail indexes and such. Not much to worry about.|
Sorry the explanation is so broad, but I can't remember the exact paths to get there under XP, but you should be able to find your way there now.
