Whenever I minimize the active window in Photoshop CS2 the program crashes whenever I try to restore it. Everytime. No exceptions. It does this in both Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Photoshop has been updated and so have both Windows installations. I'm stumped....any ideas?

...updated video card drivers or a different video card.
...defrag HD.
...adjust page file or change from dynamic to static.
...run CHKDSK /F on HD.
...reinstalling/repairing IE.
