I am looking for a program thats simple to use like Photo Wizard, but will let my label or number the photos so they can be used in a report.

Any suggestions

I have heard of the below program and supposedly it is very easy to use and works quickly. For twenty bucks it should considering Paint.net and Picassa are free.
