I purchased a panasonic camcorder that uses the mini disks. I installed the software that came with it but the part of the software that is supposed to let you edit the content is not accessable. I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it using add and remove but when I reinstall the software it tells me that the sofware is already installed.
How can I know for sure that the old installation is removed?
