I have pal vedio camera from eroupe and i want to transfer video from that camera to my computer but our video is NTSC how can I transfer to my pc with ntsc. Is there any software?.Please let me know.

Try here. Of course, if this video isn't going to be viewed on a television, the format doesn't matter. Your computer will handle either format.
