Help!!! I purchased an 8gb SanDisk memory stick PRO Duo for my Sony digital camera. I have a Dell laptop that has most slots for memory cards except for the one I need for my camera. I did not have my usb cord with me so I used my daughters adapter and inserted my memory stick and plugged it into my usb port on my laptop. Nothing was popping up to import my pics and within a minute the card was really hot. I tried to put the card back into my camera and I keep getting the message to reinsert memory card. I have reinserted the card several times. Please tell me that I haven't lost all my pics!!! They are of my vacation with my 1 yr old grandson! Help!!!
