Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

WMP cannot access what file? What are you trying to do, and what does the old drive in a new computer have to do with the problem?
Can you provide any information to allow us to attempt to help you?

I took my old hard drive out and I'm using a usb cable and zip drive trying play my old music and movies and I always get this same message
