nVidia Dualview problem

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 2.128 GHz / 2047 MB
I'm having trouble with my dual-monitor setup. I used to be able to set my display to 'dualview' in the nVidia control panel and play videos fullscreen on my DVI-HDMI connected LCD TV (not my primary display). I recently reformatted and reinstalled WinXP (32-bit, SP3). Now when I try to play fullscreen video on the TV it always goes to the primary monitor.

I've searched forums up and down, tried four different drivers (geforce and forceware series), blindly fiddled with settings, tried different media-players, and even reinstalled WinXP all over again. Still can't fix it.

My current setup is the same as it was before this problem started.

- Gigabyte GeForce 7600 GS, w/ OEM driver (old, but works well for me)
- Hp vs17 monitor (primary display, VGA connected)
- Bravia LCD TV (secondary, DVI-HDMI connected, 720p input)
- Dualview setting in nvidia cp

Can anyone help me, please?

So say you start a video can you minimize the player and drag it to the second screen (tv) then maximize it does that work.
