no sound on pc?!?!?!?!?please help!

I hsve a samsung digital camera and i want to transfer a video from it to my computer. i have windows vista. I can import the video but the sound is gone. when i play it on the cam it has sound. Please help i know almost nothing about computers so please specify:)

what are you trying to play this file with (media Player) i'm guessing whatever media player you are playing it with doesn't have that audio codec installed. Download vlc player and it should work.
