Ive used nero 6 for years but its finally come to the point where it won't do what i want. I like nero, so I figured I'd get nero 7, not nero 8 - since I find ahead have a habbit of releasing new products as buggy, broken messes that are later patched up.
So, nero 7 must be all fixed up by now if they've got nero 8 on the shelf. The place i buy this stuff from however has two versions of nero 7 available to buy real cheap. Nero 7 ultra edition, and nero 7 premium reloaded edition.
Anyone know what's the difference? I can't find anything about ultra edition on the nero website so I presume its an older version? or it doesn't have as many features? Only its ten bucks cheaper at place I'll buy it from than the other one, but I don't want to get caught out buying something with half the features (features I now likely need). Any ideas? Thanks in advanced.

If there isnt much price difference consider looking at nero 8, its not buggy at all, i use it a lot and its fine.

There is a major price difference unfortunately for me. Anyway forget it, for the sake of future prospects I downloaded the nero 7 trial after i found you can use a legit key afterwards and get the full version.
and all I can say is... Yuk! If this isn't bloatware I don't know what is! I really wasn't expecting such a tangled mess of useless applications all thrown together ina huge pile of headache inducing crap! Ahead really have gone down the crapper since nero 6 from the looks of it, I thought nero 7 was just buggy on release but it turns out its more than that.
Sorry but I expect no different from nero 8 either. I had no idea it had turned out this way. Looks like I'm going to stay with nero 6, and just find another application to do what I need to. Sorry for wasting everyone's time.

For reasons known only to Nero:
Nero 7 Ultra Edition Enhanced (for North America) has no LabelFlash or DiscT@2 support, as opposed to Nero 7 Premium (for Europe).
