I googled, probably like you & couldn't find a DX viewer.

Are the images Dicom? or can you save them as Dicom?

There are several free Dicom viewers.

Who is the Ultrasound machine manufacturer?

Contact them.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
