My daughter sony vaio won't burn

My daughter brand new sony vaio won't let her burn a dvd movie that she made out of pictures from a golfing trip.She using click to dvd it come up with a erro message...ctodvd.exe we have updated from sony still nothing.. anythoughts.. chuck

You might try uninstalling and then reinstalling the software. If that doesn't help, you could download a trial version of Nero or some other burning software and see if you have better luck.
