MSWMM files are not video files, they are Windows Movie Maker project files. Open it with Windows Movie Maker, then export a video file.

My wife sent me something from my kids while I'm deployed in the desert and I can't get it to play. There was no export option on windows movie maker. Is there another way to open and play the file?

I also have some MSWMM files, but when I try to open them either as files or projects, Movie Makker doesn't recognise them. Can anyone suggest anything?
