Comment: I am trying to buy an mp3 player for a specific use. I need to be able to look at and bring up individual songs. I will have 400 of them and need to sort thru them in the order I put them in and play just one, when I find it. I think it is an ID3 capability. Looking at all the stuff for sale, most dont tell you if they will do that, How can I easily find that out??? the info is real vague on that.TNX Bud

Reply: (edit)I use an MP3 portable RCA player on-stage for break tunes, I think it does what you are asking. Also there is a shuffle feature. Songs should be recorded as Data on a CDR and you will see all the titles, etc...HTH, at 128 Bitrate I can get around 200 tunes on a CD. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Reply: (edit)Thanks , will take a look at it,,, I have about 400 30 second bird calls that I need to be able to keep in original order so I can find them by name and then play just that particular one. I ripped them from a c/d and in wma format they are 5 or 600kb each. will try Dart pro and see if it will rip in MP3 which may be smaller. Tnx agn Bud
