Mov Movie Format

I'm trying to burn Kodak movies which has a .mov format using Nero 6. Anyone know what formats Nero 6 will support. What format do I have to change it to so Nero will recognize it? thanks

MPEG and AVI are definitely supported.

.MOV are proprietary Apple Formats, you need to convert to another format MPEG or AVI
