Hello,

I know this is a recurrent question. I've searched the forum and tried many solutions suggested here but none worked.

The problem is that all video files from my digital camera don't show correctly. Files run with a sound but no image. I think this was because I deleted a registry by mistake after running "Registry Mechanic".

I dowloaded many codecs, including codec package for Windows Media Player and DivX codecs, but the problem persists.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Nadia

The codec is probably in the software included with your camera.
