i accidently hit ok instead of cancel on my canon powershot a520 when i was looking through the menu and stopped on format. i was trying to get out of the menu...i lost all my photos and videos on my memory card. i have an all in one memory card reader. what can i do to get these photos back? thanks

my computer is a dell with a pentium 4 processor. *shrug*
