I have a client who has an old Mavica digital that uses 3.5 floppys. Problem is that he can view them on the floppy, but can't save them to his hard drive. I did download the Javica program that was recommened. No option to save or anything. I did try renaming the extension to .jpg, still no luck.

I did read that info and found nothing that would help. I did find a possible free software that claims it can read and convert any picture format so I will try that. Still, If anyone has had this issue and has some other suggestions, please reply. THANKS!
