I have a HP pavilion entertainment PC(laptop) and i bought the VGA to RCA(yellow-video) cable and connected it to my TV and set the proper screen selection but all i get is waves or like a unclear signal. my tv is at least 10 years old how do i get it to display properly
Lower the resolution on your video card. You will probably find it only works at a resolution of 640 x 480. Stuart
