Hi, All,
I have Kodak EasyShare Version 2.1 software installed on my PC. My daughter has just bought a new camera with Kodak EasyShare Version 6.0 software. As her computer is not going at the moment she wants me to install the software on my PC. Is there a problem with conflicts doing this?

Instead of loading that on, why not try Picasa 2:
http://picasa.google.com/download/
which is free and works awesome! I never install any cam (Kodak, sony, etc) software anymore. The only other editing software I use besides Picasa is Adobe premier.

I find that Kodak and many other brands load up your PC with all kinds of trialware and junk and install themselves on your startup which is definitely not needed.

Hi, XpUser4Real

I've since discovered a USB lead in the camera package so I can now download her photos without any additional software. Will keep the Picasa suggestions in mind for future reference.

I think if you tried Picasa (which I use for some of my professional photography) you would be amazed at what it can do and the results.
