iTunes Server such a thing?

I'd like to be able to create an iTunes Server, is this possible? I'm imagining a pc running iTunes that supplies music to all the employees with iTunes on their local pc's. Employees would be able to play songs off the server at their desk and place new songs on the server as well. Is there anything like this out there? Thanks, Pete.
