When I received the cd for installing my software for my new Canon DC330 camcorder the installation cd didn't work so I called Canon and they sent me a new cd. The original installed some but not all of the applications. I was trying to use the new disk to install the software and it gives me this error message: "Another version of Corel Applications are already installed, to install this version you must first completely remove or uninstall your current corel applications - DVD Movie Factory SE, WinDVD SE, and GuideMenu". So I try to uninstall Ulead Corel DVD Movie Factory I get this error message: ">setupDLL\setupDLL.cpp(439) pAppCorel Applications pVENDOR: Ulead Systems, PGUID: DFF56DFF-F703 - AEID-B8FAA99C7416 S7.1.100.1248 @windows XPservice pack2 (2600) BT?Other 29970. 30600" followed by an Install Winsheild wizard error message (though I'm not trying to install I'm trying to uninstall) saying "setup has experienced an error, please do the following: close any running programs, empty your temporary folder, and check your internet connection, then try to run the set up again". It won't let me install it and it won't let me uninstall what's there. What can I do?

"so I called Canon" Call them again? Bryan P.S. What makes you think the first CD did not work as apparently it did something? Or...only try to install the applicaitons that did not install with the first CD avoiding the errors.
