I use Adobe InDesign CS3 at school and at home I have CS2 which isn't that much older. Whenever I try to open a file I worked on at school when I get home it won't open the file and says that there are missing plug-ins. When I tried looking for the plug-ins I couldn't find them at all. I am now thinking it may be because we work on PCs at school for InDesign and at home I have a Mac, since I am able to open files from my other programs (Illustrator and Photoshop) which I also have the later version of.
This site found 137 plugins for InDesign for both Mac and Windows. Now all you need to do it find what plugins the school's computers are using. Good Luck!
