Actually most of the photoshop series can do that using an eraser, it is time consuming though

i was hoping there would be a simpler way as i dont have much of a steady hand, i know its a difficult thing to make, but isnt there anything that can pic foreground and background and seperate them both?

ive tried photoshop and its kinda hard to do it using that i keep leaving bits and bobs and sometimes erase other partst that i need.

Thanks,

No. A picture is a 2-dimensional object, there is no "depth". There are tools in most image editing software that can take some of the tedium out of cropping an object. These work by selecting pixels that are "close" in color. So depending upon the colors around you and the color of your clothing this might be a solution.

If you're going to use Photoshop look for a tool that will "edge detect" I used that to remove backgrounds on pics I did in the past. Try the "Magic wand" or "Magic lasso". tools.
