How to transfer pictures

I have pictures on the internal memory of the camera.. is there any way to transfer them to my camera card?

One way would be to download the internal pics to your PC via USB cable and then transfering them back onto the physical card.

The camera should have an option in its menu to transfer/save to the card. Pretty standard with this type of camera
