Solved How to read file with extension .~CR

Specs: Windows, Intel core i5 4gb
I want to read files with extension ".~CR". And want to convert these files to j peg. What to do I can't understand there are lot of photos of my daughter which I have recovered from the memory card which I have used in my galaxy note 3. Please help!

You can try and change the file extensions to .jpg, which may work. If not, Card Recovery by WinRecovery is software just for the purpose of recovering these memory card files. Download trial here:

The ~cr extension seems to be associated with temporary files that recovery software called CardRecovery creates. It's discussed in this previous thread:

So, to get where you are now I assume you ran CardRecovery. You might try running it again. Perhaps it didn't complete the scan.
