How to burn VOB files to a DVD?

Hi everyone,
How can I burn all VOB files to a DVD so that it could play on any standard DVD player? What program do I need to use in order to do this? Thank you so much
I have used these free programs and found them excellent!

Thank you Ray Peate. In my situaion, I don't have VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders. In addition, I don't have the file named VIDEO_TS.IFO So what other program do I need?

there's a program that creates the files needed given the vob files. its very complicated, and i think its called "IFOedit"

Thank you very much. After spending sometime, I found that I need Vobedit and IFOedit programs to do this. So I just want to know is there any other program can do this?
