Hi All, I want to make a small spy camera using webcamera + battery + flash memory. But I dont know how can I make it work. Obviously I have to supply power to the webcam and usb flash memory , but how the signal from cam is recorded to the flash memory , I searched in google and youtube a lot before write here , but I couldn't find it. Please help I know it can be done for sure , but I couldn't find it. Thanks

Cameras are normally usb devices they are not host devices. This is the same as a usb flash drive. They both need a host. Normally that is a computer. There are very small single board computers out there. I think like nano-itx and others. Might be able to build one the size of maybe a smallish paperback book. http://www.via.com.tw/en/initiative...
