How do I turn DMA on

May 31, 2009 at 09:03:27
Specs: Windows XP
I keep getting an error message that DMA is turned off. I have tried Microsoft and followed their steps in Device Manager but this has not worked. I have tried downloading various driver fixes but once installed they will only work if I pay for them. Anyone know of any free ones?
