How do i transfer a video back to my SD card?

I downloaded a wedding video onto my computer. The video was on a SD Memory card (used in a camera)
How do I now take the same wedding video and put it BACK ONTO the 2GB memory card? I am soooo lost as how to do it!! Thank you so much..whoever can help. ~Kate Alberta, Canada

nothing you have to do just copy or cut paste the wedding movie
to the memory card ...after formmating the memory card...if it is
giving some malware or virus problem
