This isn't a problem that i'm having myself. I'm trying to find some help with a problem a co-worker is having. They've created a DVD movie photo slide show with some animated sequences and music in the background. When they burn to a DVD and play it in their set-top player, it only shows as a slide show without the animation and music. Can anyone help me with ANYTHING that could cause this? I don't have any information as to what they have because they are computer illiterate and when I ask what they have for their software and OS, they tell me what their problem is instead. Thanks in advance for any help. They did say that they got their stuff from a Costco which means they probably have an HP/Compaq.

the animated sequences may be in a format that is not supported by the player, avi for example are often not supported by DVD players
