I just got a new HD-ready Plasma TV and i noticed that my graphicscard (7900GTX) has HDTV-out, with the help of this HDTV-out cable:
On my tv i have DVI/HDMI,RGB and S-Video intputs... Which one should i use? And when i got it hooked up on the tv, what resolution in HDTV mode am i going to get in desktop etc...
Thanks in advance.

Check the manual that came with your video card to see on which output(s) it supports HDTV. The HDTV cable depicted looks like a component video connection, your TV should support this. Other possibilities are DVI to DVI or, DVI to HDMI (I have seen cables/adapters for this.)
You should set your computer to the highest supported resolution, that is closest to the max resolution of your HDTV, or if your video driver actually has an HDTV setting than use it.

That's an "s-video - RGB" cable. So, assuming the TV-out on the card is s-video, you'd use the RGB inputs on the plasma TV.
You should be able to configure resolution settings separately for the monitor and TV.
