Frame skips in burnt DVD

I had an mpg that I used Rejig to De-multiplex. Converted the files to DVD as I should. Now, when I run those dvd files in WinDVD, I don't experience any frame skips. Once I burn those DVD files using Nero, every 100 seconds or so about 2 seconds worth of frames are skipped. Why is this happening? How can I correct this?
