FPS loss

when i record and upload my home videos from my sony camcorder into windows movie maker i do not see any difference in frames as if i just watched it on the cameras lcd screen. but after im done editing it and ready to save, it winds up playing much slower and choppier than i woul d like, any help/suggestions??

P.S. i dont think its a hardware issue as i have a pretty decent video card, ram, etc.

When you save, what do you save it is? Usually when you save video files, it converts it to a certain formats, whether it be AVI, DivX, MPEG4, or what have you.

Ok, I have kind of a strange problem. Speed Fan detects my sensors and says my CPU temp is 37C. It changed when I'm under load to about 53C max. On Motherboard Monitor 5, it goes from 61C to 62C under
