Comment:

I have 4 computers & can play home made DVD videos on three of them, but one keeps saying to (insert a disk in drive d:). It plays all music, game dvd's & installs stuff of of them. Am I missing a service or what to have it recognize the disk? I've started all services that the other computers have running.Thank you.

Does this drive support the type of disc you are trying?

Check the drive mfr. site to see if the brand disc you are using is compatable.

Try a firmware upgrade if one is available.
