I use NERO to burn DVD and in the past had no problem in doing so. Just now tried to burn a DVD but after finished encoding, the following message appeared and the burning process could not continue. Would appreciate if someone could help:

The error says the video_ts.vob is not present. What is the source? Are you trying to copy a DVD?

Downloaded the software but didn't quite know how to use it as there is no help content anywhere to follow. Appended below is the message I got from the software for my DVD.

"Summary for drive E: (AnyDVD 6.1.3.6)
LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-1635S YS0J 2005/09/16 10:40
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-r (version 5), Layers: 1
Total size: 2194528 sectors (4286 MBytes)

Video DVD (or CD) label: 061003_1813
Media is not CSS protected.
Video Standard: NTSC
Media is region free.

RCE protection not found.
DVD structure appears to be correct.
Structural copy protection not found.
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Bad sector protection not found.
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!"

After that I use DVD shrink to do the encoding before burning the DVD with NERO but the follwoing error message appear:
Buring did not complete successfully!
However all output files were successfully encoded and they are ready for burning with approproate DVD burning software.
DVD output files were saved to the following location:C

When I opened the above saved DISC image for burning with NERO, the same error message as appended in my first message on April 22, 2007 appear.

Would appreciate if someone could advise further. Thank you.

i googled and downloaded "magic dvd ripper" free trial (which worked great)to convert the dvd to vcd and that solves the problem ^_^

Thanks to rhawk7938 and XpUser4Real for your earlier kind response.
