Good afternoon,
I have a Dazzle - Moviestar programme from which I 'm tryidn to download our 8mm Samsung Camcorder film and the programme records but will not save the footage. I need to use this programme to download the footage and than use Pinnacle Studio 8 to edit. Please kindly see if you're able to assist !

Are you sure that you are configured correctly and that you are saving the file in a location that has sufficient space?

Do you mean copy your digital camcorder video to your PC, and then edit the video?
