Good Morning All I have the chance to buy a JVC GR-FXM39EK quite cheap but when testing I noticed that seemingly randomly the screen sometimes appears distorted and blueish, this is on the TFT and viewfinder and on the recorded video. Is this something that can be fixed easily or something I am doing wrong? Thanks for looking and hopefully helping. It sounds like something is definitely on its way out. Repairing this sort of item is usually expensive. It may not turn out to be such a bargain after all. Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Hi Guys I found the problem it is a manufacturing problem with the CCD (to do with the lens cap) and JVC have authorised a free repair regardless of warranty to fix the affected models, I have spoke to them and it is going to be repaired for free. so it is a bargin now, lol You have to love the power of the internet and forums.
