display digital photos on my CRT TV

Specs: Vista
I store all my digital jpeg photos on my laptop
what is the most cost effective and simplest way to display them on my 100 Hz CRT TV?
The TV has SCART input sockets (I do have RCAtoSCART cables).
I also have a new Panasonic DVD twin tuner HD recorder.

The simplest way is probably to burn them to CD/DVD and then view them through your DVD player - a new player should be able to handle re-writable disks, to save on cost. You may need to use Windows DVD maker to make the disk - depends on whether or not your DVD can handle jpegs directly.

Does it have an SD slot or a USB connection? (No model specified)

If so then use one of them.
